Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston Woburn

We stayed as a family of four for two nights and found the room to be clean and spacious. The hotel itself is in great condition, and there was plenty of seating available during breakfast. The hot breakfast was okay—nothing special, with limited selection, but it did the job. One small issue: the room only had three facecloths for four guests. When we requested more, the staff provided them, but we had to go pick them up ourselves at the lobby. It wasn’t a big deal, but it’s the reason I’m giving 4 stars for service instead of 5. hotel price was good for the area.

like the suite setting. If there is water, tea, coffee available in the halfway would be perfect.

Building seems brand new. other then carpet in room and wall unit A/C, one could believe its a brand new construction. We had a premier studio, size was perfect. Flaws, connecting rooms , we could hear next door television. Bed sheets were not soft but seen worst also. For $300 a night, I would expect softer sheet.. Major turn off, breakfast was from 6h-9h. We got there at 8h35. We stood in a line for people waiting waffle. There was no liquid to put in. Comes 8h45 the lady comes with a piece from the recipient where it is usually stored .. all cleaned and ready to be put away lol. Long story short, by 8h50 there was apple, bread, bagel and that was about it. Disappointing.

Check in was easy w friendly staff. Suite was comfortable, well arranged w thoughtfully designed amenities like the desk and stools w low table and I liked having the kitchenette. Easy access off of I-95. Restaurant nearby (110 Grill for us) and good. Expansive and varied sitting areas around lobby and eating area was very thoughtfully designed. Wish there was more green space around the hotel for landscaping and plantings although what you had was well cared for.

A curtain divider separating the bed from the sleep couch would have been nice for more privacy . Breakfast would have rated you higher if you had cut up fresh fruit but perhaps hard with all the families? Would have preferred plain yogurt in a bowl to scoop out, a pitcher for REAL maple syrup (not that corn syrup fake stuff! ) Pool was small and with no ventilation the chlorine smell was overpowering - just being able to open some doors would be helpful.
