Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston Woburn

We feel comfortable mostly for this stay. 2 places need improvement in our opinion: the breakfast area and the swimming pool. Having 2 hotels in the same building (homewood & hampton), the breakfast area is just too small and narrow to accommodate many people at the same time. We arrive 30 min before it closes and there are so many people that you can't even grab and go. And food ran out so quickly that the staff can't keep up with. A better design of the area will help with the flow. We also check the swimming pool. It's big and with good depth. But the water looks so dirty that you don't want to get in. Maybe the water was clean but the light and everything make it look terrible. We skip the swimming plan even though this is the best pool size for this trip.

Room had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast had lots of options and changed daily.

Excellent! Anthony was fantastic when he checked us in. Small town area but big town accommodations.

Room was large and very clean. Convenient area. Breakfast for okay - simple and plain but did the trick.

The hotel looks new, chic and clean.
