Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston Woburn

In general it was a good hotel. Just have an initial issue with my check in process, but after some minutes it was resolved. It seems that my initial choice was cancelled and they assign us a different room with different characteristics.

We had to take our dog on the trip last minute and we knew the hotel was pet-friendly, but I was very suprised ro receive a cute pup treat bag with our stay! Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean and quite comfortable. I would definitely stay again

Pillows are not the best, pretty uncomfortable and tissue/toilet paper very rough

Clean comfortable and well appointed. We were delighted in and out of the room.

Location was great convenient to all the local spots we needed to hit. We felt comfortable and safe. everywhere we utilized within the property. The property was beautiful.

Everything about it was good.. I stood for two nights.. I didn’t want to leave.. the room was spacious and niiiiice.. the hotel was quiet.. they put us in the corner of a hallway, but I was ok with that.. it’s a beautiful hotel.. it is clean inside and out..I don’t know about the location but it seemed cool.. some stores near by.. I would def book again here.

Clean room, nice layout, could have used a desk chair (it was the suite). Hockey team kept us up all night running down the hallway. Front Service, Jason, could barely lift his head up from his terminal when checking out and when advised of the excessive noise all night he responded by telling me he knew; that was it. For the price of the room, I would have expected a better demeanor from the desk personnel and more effort to ask the hockey boys to try to keep it down; I’m sure not an easy task.
