Limited TV no Univision to watch a soccer game.

Will never return. 2.5 of 5. After a business conference, we stayed 2 extra nights to celebrate Mother’s Day. Poor service at pool, their “system was down” and they didn’t present our bill (hopefully our hotel-sponsored perks won’t be charged) and the pool area is way too small for the number of guests using it. Plus the pool itself was impossible to walk around on stairs and in the shallow area, as it completely tore up our feet! We got in once and the water was dirty/cloudy. This was previously a different property, and just got a refresh with the Margaritaville brand. Nothing more. Joe Merchant staff was unfriendly, and forgot my pizza, so I had to wait a lot longer. Just overall it was a huge disappointment. I should’ve left my husband at home and not stayed any longer than required for my conference.

The location and the staff were great. Especially Louiz and Juan!!!

The staff’s customer service from beginning to end to was amazing. The restaurant bar staff took extremely good care of us! Jose , all the other I wish remember all their names! It was truly a birthday to remember! Thank you all for everything

Margaritaville has an amazing atmosphere. My girlfriend commented on how good it smells when we walked in and how the aesthetic felt at home on the beach. The swim up bar/ pool was awesome. The staff all were very attentive, and I thought the prices we reasonable. The beach was great too!

Walkability is kind of a mixed bag. The resort really has everything you need (coffee, bar, restaurant) But if you want to walk to one of the adjacent hotels it is walled off all the back to the main road (0.3 mile) or you can walk on the beach and walk back up. The public transit hub is next to the hotel, and you can walk about 20 minutes to a major fishing area with restaurants and tours.

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting my son. Room 305. I would not use the word ‘resort’ to describe this hotel. Our room was fine, bed and pillows were comfortable. There was no hairdryer and the phone in the room wasn’t hooked up to anything. Housekeeping in the hallway gave me one from an empty room. The hot water handle in the bathroom was extremely hard to turn likely due to hard water build up. The tub drained very slowly so when showering we were standing in water. No exhaust fan in bathroom. In the morning we went to the sit down restaurant for breakfast and they only serve black coffee. There is a coffee shop but the line was quite long and why would I go stand in line to get a cappuccino when I’m eating at the restaurant down the hall? The pool has tons of small debris from the palm trees. At first we thought they were bugs. The whole place has a feeling of ‘meh, good enough’. This was my fist and last Margarita vile ‘resort’
