Beautiful place, clean, beds are comfortable

Location is good. It was comfortable and room was clean.

Facilities old and in need of maintenance. Parking is bad and wasn’t free. $25 a night: room amenities seemed only enough for 1 person. Staff were non-interested in guests. Printer not working and front desk could not give me a total for stay. Seems that incidentals charged nightly and refunded each day?

A.C not worked properly , it’s was so hot , breakfast is good enough , but it’s takes forever to get it

Expensive for the quality. The hotel Restaurant/Bar was very understaffed, slow service. Witnessed staff snapping at a customer. Understood her frustration, but unprofessional. Breakfast was also poorly staffed, slow service, brought coffee and orange long after meal was finished. Charged for parking.

I am a loyal Marriott Bonvoy Silver Elite member (30+ nights in the past year, mostly business travel) and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with the brand. On March 3, 2026 I booked a one-night stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Philadelphia Airport for March 13. I received confirmation and successfully checked in via the Bonvoy app on the morning of the 13th. I arrived at 12:34 a.m. on the 14th after a delayed international flight from Mexico, planning to get six hours of sleep before a 10 a.m. flight home. The front-desk agent told me “we have no rooms.” I showed her the app check-in. She repeated there were no rooms, said there was no manager on duty and no one she could call, and suggested I go downtown. No relocation assistance, no apology, nothing. I ended up booking a downtown hotel at an extra $170 + $70 in Uber rides (total $240 out-of-pocket) and got only four hours of sleep. I immediately filed a detailed complaint, received Case #823327664 from the Office of Consumer Affairs, and even sent a formal letter via USPS to CEO Anthony Capuano in March. Despite numerous follow-up emails, I have been completely ignored for over a month. This directly violates Marriott’s own Ultimate Reservation Guarantee. For a confirmed, pre-checked-in reservation, a Silver Elite member should never be left stranded at midnight with no assistance. The total lack of follow-up from both the property and corporate is disgraceful. I will never book this property again and am now seriously reconsidering my loyalty to Marriott Bonvoy. Do not stay here if you value reliability — especially on a late arrival.
