"Meh - Fine for a few hours - Will not return"

Stayed here to catch an early flight from PHL - it was fine but definitely would not stay again. Old, slightly dirty. Our A/C wasn't working and we slept horribly due to the room being a whopping 76 degrees all night (In Philly in March).

"Worst Parking Ever!"

Please Use park and Jet instead First and last time parking at this location. I called to get the shuttle from the airport back to the parking lot. I was told it would get there in 20 minutes as they run every 30 min. After 25 min the shuttle drove by and told me to wait for the next shuttle as I saw the full back row of seats empty... now I had to wait another 30 minutes! I called and complaint to the secretary and she said another shuttle should be behind that one "as they run every 5 min" she lied to my face. Completely BS!!!

"Stolen car and duplicate parking charge"

Heads up. Something not right here. My hotel stay included seven nights parking but I was charged $156 by Metropolis for parking and left without my car which was stolen while parked there. Philadelphia police said they were not surprised, Hotel general manager promised a refund of parking charge and never delivered and is now ghosting me.

"Confusing prices"

Stayed after Phils home opener. Stopped at the bar after the game. Ordered 2 dinks and 2 orders of soft pretzels. Bartender was soon going off shift and asked us to settle our check. Menu price for pretzels $11, charged $13. My drink, charged $13. Told bartender and he said he was unaware and no one ever pointed it out, but happily fixed it. Got another drink and new bartender charged $15 for same thing. Didn't bother saying anything. Got a handicap access room, (didn't ask for), bathroom had door for wheelchair, but had a tub, somewhat confusing. Room across from elevator, cleaning staff very loud early in the morning. Ok place, but will consider other options in future. Marriot Bonvoy Member
