Landscape was overgrown Inside was dirty, especially in the shower. Found scorpion in bathroom Hit was was not working, when working we were later told that hot watered was on right but left

Owner was very friendly and the cottage was very cozy and clean

Nice potential, love the cottage, great breakfast, even so, no butter available,

No working internet, very disappointed in the cleanliness, particularly the shower. If you have no TV, I expect a strong internet connection So did everyone who was there that day

The uniqueness of each cottage is amazing. This was a much better option than paying for a generic hotel. The location is only 10 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg. The owners are very friendly and provided a great traditional German breakfast.

Just a few flies and a spider in the cottage, but to be expected in a wooded area. Otherwise, no complaints! Great stay.

the Wi-Fi was spotty and would not stay connected there was no coffee/coffee maker was in need of a deep cleaning or needing to be replaced the grounds were unkept/area getting to the cottages was rundown things on high shelves had layers of dust, especially on the air conditioner it looked like mold was in the shower and used shampoo, conditioner and soap dead plants that needed to be removed
