"Excellent"

8.0

Nice newer hotel with a full bar and bar menu available. Down side is no free breakfast. We requested a handicap accessible room and the bathroom door stuck and dragged and the motorized window shades were broken. The hotel is very nice but needs better maintenance.

"Nicer than expected"

We're WOH members living in FL had a wedding to attend in MI. Flew Allegiant so this motel was close to the airport. Additionally we had a WOH night expiring and while I don't like to use them on level 1 motels I didn't want it to go unused so prob saved $125. The room was clean and smelled "new"

Our room was changes as we were walking to it and we had to drag all of our stuff back down to front desk to check in again. The pool area was so over chlorinated that it hurt to breathe in.

"The worst.hopefully I get a full refund for the roomi never got to sleep in"

Nothing. I booked the room, paid for it, received a confirmation, then they told me they were overbooked. Completely unhelpful. I later called again, spoke to a Hyatt Reservation Rep that 100% I has a room. It was not until one hour before That there were no rooms available. I should note, that while Hyatt staff were not helpful and made a bad matter worse, Hyatt put all the blame on Booking.com

Rooms were very clean, the staff was wonderful. Location was great and easy to get to the things you need to do. The big thing for me is they are dog friendly. Really enjoyed my stay. will be back.

Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was great. For the price of the room you would think they would have coffee available in the lobby included. Pool was very cold. Overall we enjoyed our stay but could find comparable properties for much less

"No more free breakfast"

Nice hotel that me and my friends stay at twice a year to attend a local weekend craft retreat. The only problem we have is the free breakfast we have been getting at all our stays has been turned into having to pay $8 a person for breakfast now. Honestly it's not worth $8 a person. We will be looking for a new hotel now.
