The staff was very rude at check in and the room was oddly damp. Damp carpet, damp upholstery on the couch, damp bed.

We were traveling with an infant and it would have been nice to have a microwave in the room to heat her food instead of going to the lobby to heat it up. Everything else was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel.

"Delivered on a clean environment!"

Very clean and has updated interior. Chose to stay here (which was farther south than we preferred) after reading reviews of all the hotels in birch run, Saginaw, bay city etc… this was the only one that stood out with consistent positive recent reviews. It delivered. If you aren't a deep sleeper, bring ear plugs for sleeping through the loud hvac. Take the towels out of the rack in the shower before showering, the water pressure is very high (felt like Kramer on Seinfeld experience…). Not a great shower for tiny humans but nice for adults. (Rack in the shower is not a great design, nor is barn door on bathroom…). Bedding was very clean. Bed comfort was decent. Agree with previous post that you can’t block the bathroom light at night because of the glass on the door, but it wasn’t super bright. Room was large (king with sofa). For the price, breakfast should have been included and lobby should have offered free coffee. The in room single cup coffee maker was not clean, but that’s normal. Overall value- I don’t think it was a $250 experience but at least it was clean and in a nice area with gas stations, stores and restaurants near by. The housekeeping staff were all very friendly.

Place was gross, Crack-heads in the Parking Lot, Room Window overlooked lobby and restaurant and the decorative over hangs were filthy and filled with cobwebs and dust bunnies. Room was never cleaned, and smelled stale and musty. DEFINITELY NOT A 3 Star place!!!
