"AC does not work"

2.0

AC does not work on 3rd or 4th floor. On night 2 our room on the 4th floor was 78 degrees when we returned to the room at night. On night 3 our room was 85 degrees when we returned. The thermostat was set to "cool", 69 degrees & auto. The hotel staff kindly moved us to a new room on the 3rd floor on night 3. That room was 76 degrees, despite the thermostat being set to "cool", 66 degrees & auto.

"Our home away from home!"

Best hotel in Grand blanc/flint that we've ever stayed in. All the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfy. We'll always stay here when we're in town.

"Best hotel in the area"

The best and cleanest hotel in Flint Grand Blanc area. Must stay! I would definitely recommend it over other brands. 5 stars!
