Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel and Conference Center

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – just a short walk from St Pancras Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring London. The Underground is easily accessible, and we were able to get everywhere quickly and effortlessly. The hospitality was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary jam, bread, and minibar items. Every morning, we were greeted with tea and a newspaper, which was a lovely touch. Peter gave us a very warm welcome and was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. He always replied quickly and went out of his way to assist us whenever needed. Another great advantage was that we could leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in, allowing us to enjoy the city straight away without having to carry our bags around. The rooms are quite small, and the bathroom and toilet are rather narrow. However, everything was very clean and hygienic, which we appreciated. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again, especially because of the fantastic location and outstanding service.

The incredibly close proximity to the airport. It made traveling with alot of baggage so easy and convenient. Absolute pleasure.

There was literally nothing I didnt like. If I have to seriously add somwthing, I would say because I drink alot of tea with milk, that i would have loved the coffee station to offer fresh milk as an option for tea drinkers. But....thats it.
