It’s rare to see someone who cares this deeply about both the customer experience and the success of their employer. The lounge is always immaculate, welcoming, and run with precision thanks to Carlos. He anticipates needs before you even ask and goes above and beyond to ensure every interaction is memorable. Simply put, Carlos Medina sets the standard. He is a tremendous asset to the hotel, and his professionalism does not go unnoticed. If more people approached their work the way Carlos does, every travel experience would be exceptional.

This is an excellent stay due to when you have Lounge access. Besides that, I would rate this place about a 3.5. You get very exceptional service at the lounge by Carlos. He goes beyond his service, to make sure you enjoy your time at the Lounge. The Hotel is getting pretty outdated, and currently the parking lot was a mine field for Pot Holes. The deepest I have seen at a Hotel lot. Hopefully they can revive this place on the outside, as it looks like they are trying their best in the rooms. I will continue to come here, as long as I have access to the lounge. It's nice to be able to come in and enjoy a chat with Carlos.

Great bar staff and service. Great nights out

First time at this hotel for business travel. Enjoyed the lounge breakfast a lot. The fruits are especially fresh. What is very special is that the staff and other guests are very friendly and talkative. Carlos’ cheered me up and my great day just started! 😊

Carlos in the 12th floor lounge was extremely nice and very helpful and kind What a great employee and looking forward to seeing him again when we visit next time

Everyone was very nice the room was clean

We had such a wonderful experience here at the Sheraton. Although we were in town for sad reasons, we were made to feel very comfortable for our entire stay. The room was immaculately clean and quiet, James at the front desk was so kind, and we would especially like to thank Carlos at the Sheraton Club. He took care of every need that we had and really made our stay feel special.

Bar with Maggie is always exceptional at the highest standard! Been coming here over 21+ years! Whoever sent Jeannine to the bar needs to put her in the restaurant, she is far from friendly, very abrasive and ignores certain clientele at the bar. Very disappointing that she never got to know a very loyal regular group. Maggie and Annie exceptional!
