"Commuted and hour to broooklyn just to stay here again"

My room was tidy and clean. The executive lounge was excellent. Well stocked and Mr Carlos the concierge was probably the most attentive Marriott brand concierge I’ve ever experienced. Top notch

"Avoid Room 1008"

Our 1st room was a disaster. No soap, no hot water!!! Asked for soap and we were given lotion. Maintenance was sent in to check the water temperature and said it was hot. No way was it hot. Shower started out luke warm 1/2 through it was cold. Ask to be moved the next day, which they did. Finally a hot shower. Now let’s talk about the Club Lounge. This room is exceptionally comfortable with a great breakfast and afternoon snacks. The best part is Carlos. Always smiling, polite and keeps the area immaculate. Food is hot and tasty. However a bonus would be if wine and beer was provider in the afternoon.

The hotel is in a great location, the area is safe, rooms are good. The Club upstairs is the best part of the experience—great food and the service was better. Thank you Carlos for brightening the mornings and the evenings with your signature service. 6 out of 5 stars!
