Sheraton Edison

I had business at the Edison convention center, so I stayed at the Sheraton since it was only about two minutes away. The hotel itself was OK, everything seemed a little dated but no major issues. The room was clean and everything worked. The staff was friendly…..(with the exception of the man in the Turban, who was a little grumpy at times)…… especially Cheena who worked the front desk and who was very helpful with recommendations since I’m not from the area and the restaurant is not open for lunch. She went above and beyond to make my stay easier. Thanks, Cheena, I really appreciated your help Overall, it was a pretty basic hotel stay and if I find myself back in Edison I would stay there again

The rooms are spectacular and the service excellent. Carlos in the breakfast room was great too. Looking forward to returning and spreading the word about the Sheraton.

Carlos is the reason I wrote this review. He has fantastic service in the lounge. There are not a ton of options to choose from regarding the food, but it was tasty and fresh.

I stay for Christmas Con every year and it’s great. The club lounge is clean and nice. Carlos has been running it for years. Great service!

The club level is exquisite! Carlos provides the best service. We stayed here Christmas Con. It is very convenient for that event.

We had a decent experience at the Sheraton. The main downside was that the room walls were extremely thin, which made it hard to rest, even with the newer sound-proof décor that’s been added—it just isn’t enough. If possible, spacing guests out more when there’s availability would really help. That said, the service was excellent. Carlos at the Sheraton Club breakfast was the highlight of our stay. The overall service from the club and housing staff made our visit much better.

The Sheraton at Edison provided everything i needed..... The location was clean and quiet...... Cheena went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional.......

Excellent customer service by Cheena, as my group arrived early to check in. She was friendly and accommodating to our situation. The hotel is clean, and convenient to the convention center nearby.

Sheraton Edison is my go-to hotel every time I have a layover in Jersey, and it never disappoints. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and perfect for getting real rest between flights. The atmosphere is calm, the location is super convenient, and the service is consistently excellent. A special shout-out to Cheena at reception — she was incredibly helpful, warm, and attentive. She made check-in effortless and made me feel genuinely welcomed after a long travel day. Little things like that make such a difference. This is truly the hotel I always stop at to recharge, and I’ll continue coming back. Highly recommend for anyone traveling through the area!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve stayed here twice now for conventions, once last year and once this year. The first time only one elevator out of 3 was working, and one of the beds in my room had a massive puddle next to it from a leaking A/C Unit. I figured they were remodeling the place so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. And stayed there again this year. Wow was I wrong. First day there a German cockroach comes running across the floor on the 6th floor hallway, I take a video and warn them that they have cockroaches. They shrug it off. The next day I’m trying to take a shower and my bathroom light burns out and then another German cockroach comes running across the bathroom floor. I proceed to kill it and bring it to the front desk. They shrugged it off again. I’ve had better stays at Motels. Update: I’ve been trying to contact them for over a month now for a refund on my stay, they either ignore me or tell me that they’re discussing it amongst management. Update 2: They still haven’t compensated me in any way. I would avoid this hotel at all costs unless you want to bring home roaches.
