"Great service in the lounge."

Good location for where I needed to be. Great club lounge on the 12th floor. Kudos to Carlos Medina, the host in the club lounge. He was attentive and personable. Watched him help a gentleman who was nearly blind. He picked his food, poured his coffee and walked it back to his room. Exceptional service. I will return.

The Pet fee of $75 was too much for one night. I paid $50 at a Sheraton property for 6 nights!! So your hotel was a rip off!!!
