The facilities were great, clean and well maintained.

The bed was hard, 3pillows for a king size bed??? No pillow cases or sheets for the pull out in the room. Asked for more pillows and never received any. Front desk clerk was less than professional. I spoke with the manager the next day as to the situation. Let's just say she looked like she was on something.

Breakfast options were great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The options for using my phone to access the room, other entrances, and to control the tv and room was great. Contactless checkin and checkout was great.

This is minor, coffee could have been better. A good cup of coffee to start the day makes a world of difference. Everything was great.

The room was big and fairly well stocked. However, the sliding barn doors were very hard to move and the carpets really need cleaning. The carpets in the room and especially the carpets in the hallways. The air-conditioning needs work also- the air was humid and not as cool as the thermostat indicated.

The breakfast location and food really needs improvement. We were there near the end of the service and the coffee pot had coffee grounds in the coffee and the egg patties were gone. The staff tried very hard to make improvements, but they need help.
