Very disappointing experience, mainly due to the front desk staff. I called ahead to book a room and tried to explain my situation, but the receptionist kept cutting me off and wouldn’t listen. I asked to speak with a manager and, after being on hold for a while, the front desk manager got on the phone and handled everything perfectly. That alone shows the issue is clearly with the front desk—not management. We arrived using mobile check-in, so no issues there. However, we were in town with a large group for a baseball tournament and asked about late checkout. We were clearly told there would be no problem, no additional charge, and to come down at 7 AM with the room numbers. One of our group members did exactly that and was met with rude service again—this time being told late checkout would cost $46 per room. Completely different from what we were told just hours earlier. On top of that, the rooms were already $250–$300 per night due to the tournament, so the added fees and poor communication made it even worse. Between the rude front desk staff, inconsistent information, and overall lack of professionalism, I would not recommend staying here
