La ubicación es excelente , céntrica y también cerca del mar. La habitación es amplia. La cama super cómoda.

Que no tenga el desayuno incluido.

De locatie was eigenlijk het enigste pluspunt. Het was midden in de stad. Het was wel lastig te vinden omdat er nergens een bordje hangt met naam van het "hotel".

Het was net eerste lastig te vinden. "Hotel" bevindt zich in een restaurant waar je doorheen moet lopen om bij een kleine balie te komen. Er is geen lift aanwezig om naar de kamers te gaan die zich boven bevinden. Kamer was op zich een leuke kamer. Maar de bed was erg slecht! Matras was zo hard dat het leek alsof je op beton sliep. Wij moesten hier 6 nachten verblijven waarvan we maar 1 nacht hebben verbleven en de volgende dag op zoek gingen naar een andere verblijf. Weg gegooid geld dus! Mijn partner vond de bed al niet te doen, en ikzelf ben ook nog hoogzwanger dus dat was al helemaal niet te doen. Onze raam kon ook niet open en we keken uit op een muur/dak, dus aan de uitzicht hadden we ook niks.

Het hotel ligt enorm gunstig midden in het centrum van Kralendijk. Ondanks het feit dat de openingstijden van de receptie tot 22.00 uur aangegeven waren, was er niemand. Wel lag, zoals afgesproken, de sleutel met instructies op de balie klaar. We moesten het hotel al om 10.00 uur verlaten, weer zonder iemand aan de receptie. Koffers konden we niet kwijt. De receptie schijnt tussen 12.00 en 14.00 bemenst te zijn. De kamer die we hadden was groot en netjes. Koffiezet mogelijkheid aanwezig. Badkamer was ruim maar ze hadden als wastafel een model uit een toilet genomen, formaat drinkvoorziening voor koeien.

Onpersoonlijk. Geen lift, koffers zelf trap op dragen. Wastafel die geen wastafel te noemen is.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and wanted to share some feedback from my experience. Upon check-in, everything went smoothly, and I received my key along with the hotel's rules at the front desk. The location of the hotel is fantastic, and I appreciated the convenience it offered. However, I did encounter a few issues during my stay. First, while my room view was generally okay, I noticed some dog waste right in front of my door view, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the day after I checked in, there was no room service to clean my room. As a result, I had no clean towels, and by the time I returned, it was too late to call for assistance. I wanted to bring these matters to your attention as I believe they are important for the overall guest experience. Despite these issues, I genuinely enjoyed the hotel's location and would love to consider staying again in the future. Thank you for your attention to these concerns. Nathalie

Central located on shopping street . Manager was very nice and helpful

Bathroom was small and could not hang items or towels. No place to put your soap in the shower. Bottom edge of the shower looked rusty giving it a nasty feeling . Water did not run off properly .
