A great stay! Great and helpful staff and they cleaned every day. My only comment is to replace dirty towels--used ones on the floor were hung up again on the racks.

Location was great - really nice to have washer and dryer Staff very helpful.

Beautifully presented apartment which was well decorated and all kitchen and coffee plus coffee equipment provided. Great guidance given by the ladies who meet and greet you as to where to go. It is located near to the castle and in the opposite direction a 10 minute walk to the square for tram 28 stop and the metro. Close to a local supermarket which is based in the square. However the street the apartment is based in has many small shops including a health food shop and well stocked fruit and veg shop so you can easily pick up anything you need.

The tram runs in front of the property and if you are in the room at the front there will rumbling while it runs. Walking down to the square from where you catch the 28 tram and which you cross over to find the restaurants there are homeless people making their beds in within the cardboard and is a meeting point for people who have migrated to Lisbon. It did not feel threatening or unsafe walking around in the evening but as other reviewers have stated, it is a fact for this area and something to be aware of.

Very noisy neigborhood, constant noise from day to night even pass midnight on weekdays. Random men loitering around outside everyday.

Loved having a private apartment (duplex!), but still a front desk for assistance. Very attentive and helpful!

It's a lovely property. Everything was new and clean and nicely decorated. Parking is definitely a challenge. Plan well ahead if you are planning to arrive by car.

The apartment was exceptional. All one could conceivably need in a home away from home. Modern, yet a bit of old world charm.

We are so pleased with our stay. The apartment was incredibly clean and very quiet considering the location. Excellent windows that keep street noise to a minimum while letting in lots of light and great views of a historical part of Lisbon. Our children made use of the baby bath tub, high chair and pack and play. We enjoyed the kitchen and the breakfast very much. It came with all the amenities needed to make easy meals. There’s a grocery store less than 10 minutes away by foot and numerous little produce vendors steps from the apartment. We were not at all worried about the location. While it may be home to many immigrants and unhoused individuals near the main square, we never felt in danger. The area is flooded with tourists.
