Sitio dos Cavaleiros Daily Serviced Apartments

The apartments are very well equipped. Comfortable. Clean. The check in process was a bit stressful as there were many emails requesting online check in prior to arrival. We were a fairly large group meeting, therefor it was a bit complicated to coordinate all of the information necessary but all was good upon arrival. At first I wasn't thrilled with the location but then we discovered we were quite close to the areas we wanted to visit.

Transfers offered were quite expensive.

Newly renovated apartment with all facilities. Crammed entrance and reception, but so are all streets and buildings in the neighbourhood. Charming tram line 12 literally runs just outside the balcony. Location is perfect for sightseeing and has plenty of small restaurants just up the road. Bear in mind that street are narrow and parking impossible. Drop off by taxi or Uber is fine thou. Only negative experience was the check out time at 10:00. Most other hotels in Portugal allowed check out by 11 or 12 by default. We refused to pay 45 EUR extra for one hour after spending in excess of 1300 EUR there. Apparently management doesn’t see it as an insult🙄

Beautiful modern apartment with great funky chic decor, on a nice street close to everything in downtown Lisbon. We had a lovey stay in this wonderful apartment.

I’ve never stayed in such a clean, practical and convenient apartment. Roomy bathrooms, tons of storage, easy to reach kitchen appliances and garbage bins, and very friendly and helpful staff. The neighborhood must scared you at first, but it is safe. And it’s in a very convenient part of town. Don’t miss Kossie’s Café, my favorit spot in Portugal!

Our hosts were Mayane, Laura,and Margarita. They set the bar for excellence in customer service. They sure welcomed us and made us feel at home. Mayane was kind enough to research all the gluten free restaurants in Lisbon as my daughter has Celiac’s. We so appreciated this!! She also made sure a taxi showed up at 7 am to drive us back to the airport when we were leaving. Great central location walking distance to Martin Moniz metro station. Near all amenities: grocery stores, souvenir shops, a variety of nice restaurants to fit all budgets. The duplex has a kitchenette on first floor as well as a dining room and living room with a pullout queen bed. Very comfy. The upstairs has two twin beds, a huge window with a nice solarium window as well. Provides lots of light. Two bathrooms…one downstairs and one upstairs. The downstairs one includes a tub with jets. My kids loved it! The appartement also contains a safe, an alarm system, ironing board, washer and dryer, microwave, fridge, and stove. We had a wonderfully memorable stay which we will talk about for years to come. I will not hesitate to return to this hotel when I am in Lisbon.

We are a family of five, including young children. The staff were very friendly and professional, even though we had some special requests. The apartment itself was very well appointed and maintained. WiFi was very strong. I recommend it!

Amazing apartment but neighood is average

The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was thoughtfully renovated and modern, with all the amenities one could ask for. Both the main bed and sofa bed were extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We hope to be able to visit again.
