Not clean. We had to clean the rooms before we use it. Bad odour from the entrance throughout the whole apartment. Cold water tap in shower didn’t work in both of the rooms we took. Couldn’t shower. So close to have hot water burn. Customer service is bad. Booking confirmation says two rooms in same floor and we were given the rooms in different floors which was difficult for us with kids. Receptionist isn’t helpful in dealing with the issues .

Could not get into property no communication from the owners very poor in all areas ,booking.Com needs to look into this property and take off it's listing it giving booking.com a bad name if you carry on using this property sad to say .in all my year using hotels etc never experienced something this bad

Bed could do with mattress protector, was disappointed theres only a microwave. There are hobs but not in use throughout hotel.
GBVery quiet and clean with a comfortable bed. Self check in was very easy.
