Owner turned up at half 3 to check us in so we had to wait half an hour in reception with no staff, everyday there was no receptionist. yet we wanted to check in before 3 and there was an early check in fee. Bed was uncomfortable. Random coloured black ginger and blonde hairs everywhere even in the bed and shower. Dust everywhere. Curtains were broken. Stains on the walls. Expensive for what it is not happy at all.

On arrival nobody there to check us in. Phoned the number we had been given to find out what was happening.& a very grumpy guy told us he didnt start till 3.pm.. We arrived about 2.40 pm. We had to park outside hotel & wait yes our on fault we arrived a little earlier than check in time. Still nobody there at 3.pm. so phoned the number again & the guy who owns the place said he was on his way & would be there in 20 minutes he had some emergency. So waited till 3.40 then he turned up by then there was another couple waiting to check in to they had waited 20 minutes. Not good enough when you have booked parking with them for £10.00 a night & you then have to drive around so you dont get a ticket while waiting 40 minutes after check in time.Dont think we would stay here again.
