The manager is a liar and a theif

Room was on the 3rd floor up alot of steep stairs. Building was extremely hot inside to the point we couldn't sleep. They even supply a fan in the room. Shower temperature didnt adjust and was way too hot for us let alone my 4 year old. When the cleaner was questioned about this in the stairwell he said he'll tell maintenance if they can be bothered to come and look. Toilet door didnt have a lock when it should have been do the door wouldn't even stay shit.

The owner Hanif was very arrogant & rude, not what you expect & he needs a course in customer service!! The manager richard was friendly but his messages to me got very unprofessional & because i declined his offer he got salty towards us.
