so much turned up after paying no rooms apparently available refused to give us refund so rude, no interest in talking over the phone no one on the desk left us stranded at 11 o clock at night

Dirty bed sheets & floor. Black mould along the bottom rim of the shower & extractor fan was dirty so didn’t work properly. The room did not look the same as the pictures. Hard to contact the staff. The title of the listing is “luxury triple apartment” but is only a room with a sofa bed.
GBOnly location is great, however there are many other options in same area worth exploring before booking this one.

This is a scam there is no such room in the property that is shown in the picture,they literally gave us a very small room which is actually a double room and put a sofa bed there . We weren’t able to open the room entry door properly because of that extra sofa bed and again the bathroom door was half blocked because of the same thing. I booked for a family room and paid for 3 adults though my kid is just 4 years old. I requested the owner to change the room, he said go contact booking.com, that’s not my liability.

The whole place stank! There were even shit stains on the door. The pictures did not look anything like the room advertised. We had to leave immediately as it was just unbearable! We then had to look for another place to stay the same day. Despite the reception guy assuring he will speak to the manager as their place was overbooked and they kept turning people down despite them having a booking, thay it would no issue for them to fill that room. Despite them promising a refund, the owner till date has not responded to any calls or messages from us or booking.com This property should be avoided at any cost and should not even be on this site! We waited a month before posting this review to give them a chance to resolve this matter. This is just the worst experience we've ever had with a hotel/property.
