The staff were friendly and helpful

When I got to the room, there was a cockroach crawling on the kitchen counter. Front desk was very helpful and found bug spray for me. No offers to change the room or get a discount. We could feel the springs in the beds and the linens were much below Hilton standards. Silverware was missing several pieces and quality was poor. Room was basically not decorated and was unattractive. Basic amenities, such as lotion, were not included. Dishes and glassware were very nice, and refrigerator and microwave were great. TV remote and guide were cumbersome to use and tv sound quality was poor. Breakfast items were okay,at best. Eggs were round flat patties and tasteless and sausage was flat kind, dense and unpleasant. Orange juice tasted strange. Front desk apparently refrigerated their free bananas. They presented as quite brown and unappealing but tasted okay.

Staff were very helpful and polite!

The location in a beautiful area, which included great restaraunts, and sights to see. The fall colors and winding roads were so enjoyable. The facilities were beyond our expectations .

The pool wasn’t available during our stay.

When I attempted online check in the morning of my arrival, I found that this property switched my room type and assigned a king bed room to a reservation for 3 people that I made 6 months ago. The rating I have comes for what happened when I called the front desk. I was told there was a note on my reservation that they changed my room type due to an oversell situation. No apology, no recognition that one bed for three people isn't a switch that can or should be made. When I said that I was told they were in an oversell situation. I said that's not my problem, i made this res six months ago and I can't be flexible. After being put on hold for 15 minutes, the agent came back and said she changed the room type. Again, no apology and no explanation of how that switch was ok in there mind. When I checked in online, there were over 10 two bed rooms available to choose my room. I also have to point out that if I hadn't used the app that morning, I could have been in this situation on site at 10 pm when we planned to arrive. I have Hilton status and have stayed at this property before, but never again given their clearly not careful room assignments and the terrible customer service to respond to that situation.

This was our 4th stay and we were welcomed home like family. From front desk, to housekeeping, to maintenance all welcomed us. We will keep coming back as long as we travel to PA.

That my dog has to use the pet restroom 6 times a night. My problem, not yours. LOL

I have been stayed to this hotel for the 3rd time. The hotel rooms are comfortable for a family of 5, have all of the amenities required for a family with small kids, the rooms are renovated and clean and the stuff super helpful to requests!
