I did not mind the hotel, we booked one night. But unfortunately me, my husband and my 2 young daughters were stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes and I can say we were traumatized by that.. The only way we got help was someone heard me crying on the floor we were stuck on.

Room was clean, parking was easy, breakfast was good. Pillows were THE WORST. Non-supportive, both the feather and whatever the horrible other ones were. I won't willingly subject myself to this again. And the sheets were lousy too.

Everything was wonderful from arrival to departure. Facility clean. Staff professional, friendly, accommodating, and swimming pool is amazing.

"Will never stay again"

Mattress uncomfortable. Only 2 flat pillows. We were all staying for near by family wedding. Brides mom left a gift bag for me at front desk but front desk staff insisted she did not even though I could see the gift bag. It took 3 trips to front desk and a new staff member to provide it to me.

Hotel is very clean, staff is very kind, location is great.

There's a smoking area to close to the door. One of my neighbors kept their door open and I could hear their tv while trying to sleep. I also dislike that you have to request room service. That should be part of what you pay for. I dont get a discount for having to ask for my own fresh towels and toilet paper. I also wish breakfast was better. Been staying at this hotel for 3 years and it hasn't improved in any way. The best thing offered is oatmeal.
