"We have stayed here a few times and we love it. Always enjoy coming back."

The location waa great, pool area was fantastic for the kids. Rooms are big and clean.

Lobby bar and restaurant is closed during winter, would have liked some options besides vending machines or ordering.

"Great people, great stay"

We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the front desk staff were very helpful (especially with helping us find dining options on Thanksgiving day!) We were able to get service for our room by texting the housekeeping staff, which was super convenient! On our final night we experienced an issue with our room and Dan moved us to another room without question. We had a great time.

I have taken my children and grandchildren to the 1620 Hotel for many years. They love the indoor pool and splash pad. I love the most accommodating staff from Dan on the front desk, who welcomes everyone with a genuine smile and a story, to the many behind the scenes housekeepers and pool staff. The rooms, while always clean and comfortable, are scheduled for an upgrade this spring.

There should be a safe in each room. There should be a rubber mat for the shower.

The front desk attendant Dan helped me out with a problem with tv but jumped right on it fixed right away excellent customer service!!!!! I stay here a lot I have family down here and Dan has always been excellent!!!

We stay at the Hotel 1620 often and love it , the hotel is close to town with many great restaurants and shops. The staff is amazing , friendly and always welcoming. Dan at the front desk is very helpful . The hotel rooms are clean and well equipped. Looking forward to our next stay .

Dan was absolutely amazing! Can't recommend this place enough!! I had an amazing time relaxing in the pool after a long day out doing wedding prep lol events.
