"Great hotel for central Cranberry"

Very nice people at reception. Quiet. Plenty of free parking. Great breakfast.

No central light switch for room lights. Hallway ceilings too low. Large open courtyard lobby a bit desolate on 12/29.

"The Double Tree in Cranberry has security issues."

The hotel double booked our room. So some stranger tried to get into my room while we were in it. Fortunately it was locked up. A person who identified himself as maintenance also tried to gain entrance. He did not have any identification on him to show he worked for the DoubleTree. I questioned Hilton management all the way to the president and got no response. They were not able to explain or would not explain how a double booking could occur. I definitely would not stay there again.

"Always A Great Experience"

Laura, Isabella and Tammy went above and beyond to make my recent stays the best they could be. I was blown away being upgraded to the Truman suite. It was spacious and incredibly quiet. This team is literally some of the best Hilton has to offer. They take customer service very seriously and it shows. Everyone is beyond kind and incredibly accommodating. Close to the highway which is very convenient but make sure to ask for a room facing inside the building because it can be a bit loud for those of us who are sensitive to noise. The interior rooms have floor to ceiling windows that overlook the gorgeous lobby.
