Staff at the bar was very nice.

With how much we were paying for the room I should not have had to pay for better internet. The market was way over priced. $4 for a bottle of water. $5 for a 20oz Sprite. That is absurd!

The property was ideal location, very clean and friendly.

I wished breakfast was offered.

Lobby was really nice. Restaurant/ bar on site. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

A good, but not quite great hotel. It is somewhat worn and soon due for renovation. Carpets areauet showing wear, paint has some chips and scrapes, bathroom door badly deteriorated on the inside surface from water splashing from the tub, and this is only visible from inside the bathroom with door closed. Hair dryer was covered with sticky substance. Some dirt on bathroom wall paper. Not really gross stuff, but a lack of attention to detail. Great front desk staff. Housekeeping was slow, and as guests staying over, our room was not serviced until about 4:00 to 5:00 PM. We were there for a group event, and their banquet and food service is outstanding. Excellent staff, and the food was exceptional for banquet fare. Meeting rooms were clean and well set up.

Overall great experience at the Pittsburgh Cranberry location. I was there on a work trip for 3 nights. This was also my first time in Pittsburgh.
