Shortly after I checked in, I flushed the toilet and the water is leaking from the base of the toilet pretty heavily. I simply asked for a refund and was going to go somewhere else and was denied.

Walk in & smells nice. We were there about an hr early but management let us check in. Breakfast area decent size & Breakfast options were good. Room was clean, smelled nice, hot shower w/lots of pressure. A/c was already on for us. Bed comfortable & variety of TV channels. Cold refrigerator. Customer service great. Had a little problem w/key card 2nd day, but immediately fixed. We will stay here again

Shower did spray outside on floor because couldn't latch door. No shelves in shower for toiletries, however it is equipped w/shampoo, conditioner & soap. Only 3 towels for 2 people for 2 days. I didn't bother to ask for more, we just hung to dry & used again. (I'm sure had I asked, we would have been provided w/more). Lighting over sink is dim but most hotels like that.

The room had a bad musty smell. had to go to the registration off and get a bottle of spray to help. only stayed two nights and left with a stopped-up head both mornings. but to be fair the office did offer to let me move to another room but I thought it would be ok I should have moved.
