Sleep Inn Henderson-Evansville South

This is an OK place to stay. The only ice maker is on the first floor. The breakfast consists of pre-made elements warmed up. I tried to check in at 1pm and they told me it would be an additional $25. I said, no way. The room AC was worf and it took hours to cool down. No bathtub, only a standup shower.

Very clean and the staff were very nice. Breakfast was good

Drink machines only hot hot drinks that were flat and no vending machines

The room was clean and quiet. A/C worked good. Shower was nice. Only complaint, the lighting in the bathroom was terrible! Very dark, couldn't see to put on makeup or to blow dry our hair. The exhaust fan also had a light, but it was very dim. And the fan did not work properly, very loud. Everything thing else was good.

Everything was wonderful. Except the carpet.

Really need to either get the carpets cleaned or replace them with something other than carpet. Just try walking on the carpet without shoes and socks.
