Room seemed quiet

Staff was lazy, couldn't pick up food on the floor. Hallways seemed dirty , carpet was worn, finger marks on glass doors. Lobby area roo small, clientele was low

"It was in budget and wasn't infested with bedbugs"

Breakfast was fine. I went there right after it opened and enjoyed it. The little muffins I'll skip next time. I also stayed the night before and was shut out on breakfast after that stay. Maybe it was timing with all the other guests or maybe the small size of the eating area. No seating and no way to get to what was being offered.

I had to go to the desk and ask for toilet paper. I assume that is something the staff checks when they clean. There was barely enough to blow my nose. That I would say is unacceptable for a room you are charging money for. Tell maintainance to tighten the nuts on the toilet seat in room 218.
