USInpaid for the room online received.A confirmation number. Granted, this was at like 3 in the morning but that's when I needed the room and so I showed up at the hotel at 345 and they said that my card was declined. There's no way my car could be declined. I paid online had a confirmation number and they would not rent me the room so I had to sleep in my car for the rest of the night. The staff member was very rude. Very, very rude, acted like I was an inconvenience when I was asking for why my card was declined and he would not.He just kept saying my card was declined and I said , well , I have a confirmation number , I don't understand and he said , ma'am , i'm not giving you the room you can go ahead and leave so I slept in my car very unprofessional rude.
I didn't like the staff member I didn't like that.I got a confirmation number on my phone.And when I showed up to get my room, they sent my car was declaimed, there's no way in my car could be declined, I have plenty of money but there was a miscommunication or something, and I didn't get the room for the night for the rest of the morning.Well , and they're saying that i'm a no show I showed up , I booked the room at three in the morning and showed up forty five minutes later , I don't understand how i'm not in a no show

That booking.com had my room listed as a king room with a hot tub in the room. Only to find out that they have no hot tubs in their hotel. The room I paid extra for had a handicap tub. Not a jetted tub. And paid extra for nothing . Plus their breakfast didn't have coffee or eggs or milk for cereal. It was sad and disappointing like the room.
USUSThis place has potential but the staff and management are absolute garbage. Management is money hungry and will try ANYTHING to steal your deposit or get more money out of you. Everything was broken and almost every amenities they claimed to have was a LIE.
