The bed was comfortable and nicely made. Gave new towels upon request.

The water was super hot when first cutting on, there was a crack in the bottom of the shower wall. Also, my toilet did not work for 24 hours.

Honestly the only positive was the woman at the front desk who checked us in was kind. She was trying to do her job and be accommodating however the entire place, the first room , the second room, the breakfast, the surrounding area, the NOISE, construction and just lack of any type of comfort of any kind was lacking. We were honestly baffled that they were still open and putting guests in these rooms directly next door to or in such close proximity to the loud spanish music, pounding, grinding, tile cutting, dust etc. Tools in the hallways, carpet lifting up/trip hazard. I literally NEVER write any negative reviews, so this was just terrible. Wish it wasn't but it was. No other way to label it. AWFUL.

Other than the check in being kind,we had explained that we were here due to my husband having to have emergency surgery for a detached retina. We were down from Prescott and he had to stay down in Phx at lower elevation until the gas bubble in his eye was much smaller. We were first checked into a room on second floor where they were doing construction in the rooms next door and across from us. Spanish music blaring, drilling, tile cutting, pounding, dust, workers speaking extremely loud. When we first went to our room after check in, there was a big Igloo ice chest in front of our door that we had to move to open the door. After going to front desk to request room change as my husband was recovering from emergency surgery, we went back to said room to get our things to move to a room downstairs and this time (within 10 minutes) there were two very large tools leaned up against our room door. Again had to move them to enter our room. Then as we were in our room gathering our belongings to move, housekeeping opened our door using their key, no knocking, no knowledge of anyone being assigned that room, nothing. Just opened our room door. We then went downstairs and it was a "bit" better, seemed a bit more quiet and less chaotic, however then banging and construction started again. Not next door but not far down the hall. We went to get on the elevator from coming down from our first room and the door opened and a man with an actual full size "wheelbarrow" came out of the elevator. There were buckets and tools in hallways, carpet was partially ripped up so lifting and easily trip hazard, gym was closed. Pool was open and clean, however jacuzzi was very dirty. "Continental/Free" breakfast was literally cereal, bagel or toast, oranges that looked extremely discolored and not ripe, pancake maker was not working when we went down, people before us were having issues with it too. Quite unsanitary as well unfortunately.

It was filthy and full of crackheads. Cigarette butts in the hallway, gun shell casings in the parking lot, a giant sticky stain on the carpet… disgusting shower and all around just terrible. Mold in the ice machine…

The staff I interacted with was beyond my expectations. Vicky was my first staff member and he was exceptionally polite, well spoken, reassuring and appreciative of my decision to stay here. Then I met I believe her name was Krisha or Krushi. Sorry. This beautiful soul is such a pleasure to meet and was just so dedicated to making sure my experience here was perfect. I instantly felt beautiful energy from her and felt like she was sn old friend. Best hotel experience in probably my whole life. Thank you Praise the staff here, they are the best.

Parking lot security, night 1, I called police because when I took my dog out for a walk at around 2:30 or 3:00 in the morning and there was a couple of shady individuals trying to break into cars.

Air conditioner turned to 60, didn’t cool the room. Couldn’t sleep room was so warm. Pillow were different, unusual afraid to look, didn’t use them. Carpet was worn thin with dark stains throughout. Cricket in the bathroom. Hotel was under renovation. Majority of rooms had some sort of work being done (plaster/walls/mattresses). Room didn’t feel clean! We didn’t even check if breakfast was offered in the morning, ready to leave! Afraid to take my shoes off upon looking at the carpet.

Arrived to find homeless people everywhere outside, the building was underconstruction and a mess. Left early and ended our vacation due to witnessing a drug deal

Very friendly good customer service great management. Ari was a great employee under construction, but everything is going well and the properties coming out very nice and highly recommend.

The shower floor was slimy and it remained on the soles of my feet until I scrubbed them with a towel. I was in the shower for less than two minutes as necessary.
