Unfortunately was unable to enjoy the breakfast ' needed to be away before the first breakfasts were being served ' this was explained to me and fully understand " but will be back to sample especially after seeing the reviews " made very welcome.

Breakfast was excellent, plenty of it, and set us up for the day, location is perfect, & will definitely be back next year

Nothing not to like, a beautiful house in a lovely harbour village

Location was ideal but free parking for hotel guests in nearby car park would have been useful. The room was very pleasant and clean. Breakfast was excellent although one of my husband's slices of toast had a few specs of mould on the edge.

There was no lift just a flight of stairs to our room. I asked for help with our suitcase as we are both elderly but the elderly gentleman welcoming us suffered with his hips and could not assist us. In the end we had to take our overnight things and clothes for the following day out of the suitcase, put them in a bag and carry to our rooms.

Chose The Georgian House because it was in the centre of Watchet and close enough to friends over Christmas, so location perfect. Sharon and Keith are amazingly hospitable and welcoming. The house is obviously Georgian and retains a lot of character with wonky floors , sash windows etc. Lovely.

Well this is a minor thing really but the room wasn't very warm however saying that it didn't spoil my stay .

My boyfriend and I went to see the statue of the Ancient Mariner, the accommodation is right next door. We were greeted with great politeness, welcoming and friendly people! The room we stayed was very comfortable, it looked like a royalty room. Breakfast is wonderful, everything fresh, prepared with care.
