Econo Lodge Denver International Airport

The hotel was very clean. And the staff was very nice and answered all my questions.

The staff at Econo Lodge was excellent! Very kind and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Only one luggage cart to help with luggage that was unfortunate. Also it snowed really bad (1) day and night and the parking lot was very icy!

First off, the location was not too bad for being close to the airport. The atmosphere was okay. Nothing to write home about. The rooms are totally different thing. The rugs in the room are dirty and frayed. No hot water in the shower. No shampoo or conditioner being filled. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. The sink was cracked due to the stopped being forced in the drain. No clean towels for the next day, even though you are asked to place the towels on the floor in you want clean towels. No bathmat to place on the floor to take a shower. The mattress, you felt like you were sliding off the edge, so I slept in the middle. Getting in the back into your room, the key card did not work half the time. Was told that maintenance would come and fix it, which they never did. Had to ask for my card the be re-issued several times. Was told that they were having problems with the key card. You have to ask for ice, which is not a problem, but you are given a small bag of ice. No ice machine anywhere except behind the front desk. I have pictures to show the room that I stayed in. The pictures on the website do not really live up to the actual room. No coffee or even a small breakfast. No fruit or snacks set out in the little dining area. Really! For the price of 3 days, this is what I get?! I will not stay here again. I felt like I was in a halfway house. Did not feel comfortable there. I would not RECOMEND this place a dead mouse! Not worth the money that they charge. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!

The room was not clean the sheets where dirty

I liked the comfiness of the bed. I definitely slept well in the bed.

The room was definitely not cleaned before I came and if so, it was not cleaned well. Some of the furniture's wood was chipping off, there was a lack of necessities you'd expect in a hotel such as a toothbrush, but worst of all, there were so many bugs. I thought maybe one was whatever... because of just the cold outside or I don’t know... but there were more than 3. I killed most of them but some were dead laying on the carpet. Utterly disgusting.

They provided pets for my stay by having mice run from room and under the door into the room of other guests.

Mice in the room and mice running down the hall and into the mock kitchen area in the lobby... I did not like the stay or the time it took to be refunded for this experience.

Parking and Location was great.

There was a slight musky smell in the hall ways, the smell got better in the room. Still noticeable, but better.
