When I left my luggage with reception to get a tour of the city, the cleaners already cleaned out my room which had my passport in it because I left it. Why wasn't I notified immediately when I came back to get my luggage? I understand it was my fault for forgetting, but I came back to get my luggage and I wasn't notified that there was an item in my room? I had to find out when I'm at the airport and I had to call to know if it was there? What the heck.

"For the room I stayed in the price is way to high"

The property was nice … in a good location for food and drinks

The room .. room 100 was dirty from the previous guests and the shower didn’t work For a 100$ a night I couldn’t take a shower They also charged me twice for the room So 200$ a night … for that price I expect perfection
