It was well overpriced for this hotel compare to similar better hotels Unless you paid premium for the room the average rooms were well below the standard for the price the hotel charged

Staff were particularly helpful. Bought tickets for us to go to the Vivendra Rock as we couldn't buy them ourselves online and queues were astronomical to get tickets. Also later checkout at midday was really helpful as this allowed us adequate time to visit the Rock and come back to our room and freshen up before checkout.

Location and food.

Slipper quality is not good and kept for only one person. Night wears, iron box were not there despite we have booked for PRESIDENTIAL SUIT.

The hotel has large grounds which go down almost to the sea front just across the road. You can walk to the big temple and main area of town in about 15-20 mins, either along the sea front or the road at the hotel main entrance. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The hotel has 4 pools but they either have no chairs/sun beds, or maybe a couple (which are hard wood with no cushions) and there is no shade at all at any of the pools. So they are for swimming only, not a dip in the pool and then relaxing on a sun bed. We were at the hotel at a weekend and saw no-one use any of the pools - it seems a great waste and a missed opportunity to have no shade or usable beds/chairs there.
