The rooms were very spacious and very clean, also well insulated from outside noise. Sunset (and also sunrise this time of the year) can be seen from the hotel terrace. They can provide extra bed in the room upon request. The resort is developed on a slope so walking around could be difficult (but they do have electric cart to take you around). All the facilities are well maintained.

Beautiful landscape and observation area for seaview

Room floor not clean enough. Shower area water outlet not draining well. Phone was not functioning. Receptionist refused to answer phone call to send buggy to room. Receptionist not helpful n indifferent attitude.

Great location and very nicely presented grounds and villas

Expensive compared to other similarly appointed hotels in India Wifi was weak
