There was a musty smell in the room & bathroom. Bath towels are old looking, very much stained although cleaned.

location was good.

Time seemed to hold no value for this hotel. Check-in was painfully slow, with long waits and no sense of urgency from the staff. Simple tasks like housekeeping or resolving basic inquiries were delayed unnecessarily, leaving me frustrated and feeling as though my time as a guest meant nothing. What’s most disappointing is the complete lack of accountability. Despite bringing these issues to the staff on front desk, there was no apology or genuine attempt to address the concerns. Instead, I was met with dismissive attitudes and excuses, which only added to the poor experience.
