My favorite stay in Addis

My experience with Mado hotel was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations, leaving me with lasting memories and a desire to return The room I stayed in was nothing short of exceptional. It was impeccably clean, spacious. I highly recommend this hotel for future customers who plan to stay around bole area.

Amazing hotel with exceptional service.

An extremely tidy and well-kept area to be. In addition to being polite and professional, the staff members are also very nice. The bathrooms are spotless, the beds and pillows are comfy, and the rooms are tidy. Good things abound in the hotel. If I were ever in Addis Ababa again, I would definitely stay there.

Excellent staff and great restaurant - I had breakfast, lunch, and dinner there and all were delicious. We also used the conference space which was big and easy to use. Overall a nice hotel. It is a bit old, so the usual wear and tear is there but overall I recommend this hotel. Best coffee in the city

Mado Hotel experience is royalty simplified. The customer service and hotel facilities are outstanding. The management and staff are very responsive to customer needs, making Mado the place for business and personal relaxation I am sure you like it!!!!

Always a great experience. I've stayed at this hotel for several days almost monthly for the past year. I'm always greeted with smiles and helpful hands. There's nothing I want that the staff isn't willing to accommodate. Check in and out is always simple and easy. I like staying here as the neighborhood offers lots to do and see. I can't wait to book again.

This hotel is a scamming hotel. We stayed here with my sisters. While I was out and my sister was asleep, the shower had glass that broke on its own while she was sleeping. Instead of being worried about her safety, they made her pay for the cost of the glass SHE DID NOT break. They even held her up and called the police and told her she would have to bribe both them and the police to leave. They are making her pay if she was the one who did wrong. I don’t recommend staying here. Full of liars that claimed to say that they over heard say she broke it. They claimed to say that they have video footage. They have yet to share that with us because they fabricated an entire lie. They are LIARS and provided poor service. No apology to us. So embarrassing. I’ve heard that some hotels purposely do this so that they can pocket money for themselves and scam international travelers. Beware.

I recently had two extended stays at the Mado Hotel and found them to be excellent experiences. The key to a hotel excellence starts first with high quality customer service which the Mado definitely has. You feel it at the beginning with the warm welcome from the front desk and reinforced the personalized attention and friendly professionalism of dining and lobby staff the Maitre d' who was outstanding . I must also commend the chef and other kitchen staff who prepared diverse and excellent local and fusion meals. The hotel is 10 min. to the airport and has free shuttle service. Rooms are a good size, and clean with WIFI . It has an extensive gym and a convenient spa in the hotel. Outstanding service, comfortable rooms ,great meals, good location---What more can you look for in a hotel !

This hotel is a scam they lie about they prices n everyone never had the same price I asked 3 workers n I got a different price each time. So who do I believe. Not any of the workers n then they send me a bill n was over charged not the same price it was originally was told never again will I stay here
