"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER"

Worst customer service ever our friends glass broke and they tried to make money off her. And they couldn’t care less about her health and safety. Very poor service I suggest to boycott. We are people, just because you are a company doesn’t mean you treat people poorly. Please people do not visit this hotel.

"I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!"

The worst hotel I’ve ever been in my life, they are a scam and they are thirsty for money the rooms were not clean at all and the staff are disrespectful and the food is horrible! I do not recommend this hotel at all especially if you’re a tourist like me!

"Worst hotel experience"

Worst customer service. My sister’s shower glass door shattered while she was asleep and they blamed it on her and forced her to pay. They were not concerned for her safety at all and only cared about their money. Breakfast is also terrible.

The facilities were good and very well maintained, The hotel staff were courteous and ever ready to assist. On a negative note, the room heater wasn't working but we were given not too effective stand alone heaters in replacement. overall i will not hesitate to recommend Mado hotel ti others!

"poor service"

my name is omar,I was stay in mado hotel at room number 1102. I had worst experience in mado hotel. On October 08/2023 In the afternoon I was going to front desk to pay my room balance. The Receptionist was not properly well trained to be front desk. she took 420$, but my balance is 320$ I was expecting she will deposit for next days but she’s not do that!!!!! Even she didn’t give me any receipt for exchanging dollar and the room. she was lough without any reason. the front desk is not helpful enough when asking some request from us. I will never stay in mado again when I come back to ethiopia.

I have not even used the room because the bedsheet was dirty and i found lice on it. The receptionist offered me the bedsheet change but I can I sleep on I bed that has lice. It is just west of money.
