Excellent host and villa Suitable for my large family Duvets on bed was a winner Pool and bbq was excellent Villa was well equipped Neighbours were lovely . I like the fact you have a drive and own front door not part of a massive complex

Hole in the bath the size of a brick . Which i wasnt made aware of before we got there ment our big family of 6 had to share 1 bathroom . Travel cot was only available 3/5 night of our stay Drive way was tight for the 9 seater van we hired

Spacious rooms, the house wasn't hot, the view, the pool, the appliances worked

The pool wasn't cleaned when we first arrived. Only one house key available. The floors weren't very clean, we had to clean the floors, oven and tables ourselves. The water kettle didn't work. The power sockets weren't secure and moved a lot in the kitchen. All the knives were very blunt. There wasn't any dishwashing liquid, we needed to get it ourselves. The car entrance is very narrow for regular cars, only compact cars could fit comfortably

Absolutamente NADA.

La limpieza no es correcta. El sofá tiene m para parar un tren. Había fundas de almohada con sangre. La zona del jardín no tiene luz, por la noche estás a oscuras, no se puede ni hacer una bbq y cenar fuera. La piscina tiene demasiado cloro, sería conveniente revisar los niveles. El primer día nos quedamos sin agua porque saltaba un diferencial y la bomba de agua no recibía corriente. La propietaria ni siquiera contestaba las llamadas... tuvimos que esperar a que contestase pasadas unas horas por WhatsApp. Se le avisó a las 14:00h y fue alguien a arreglarlo pasadas las 00:00h... más de medio día sin agua. La propietaria no ha pedido disculpas ni ha ofrecido ninguna solución, no hay ningún tipo de compensación. La puerta del jardín estaba abierta y sin llaves para poder cerrarla, falta evidente de seguridad, cualquiera puede acceder al apartamento. La comunicación con la propietaria es nefasta, no contesta o lo hace súper tarde, nos costó mucho coordinar la entrada en el apartamento y un día antes de marcharnos ya estaba preguntando a qué h nos ibamos.

Location was good with great view of the ocean. Proximity to the Europa Centre was also walking distance with lots of bars and restaurants.

No welcome pack was provided, and we could not use air conditioning as no controls could be found in the villa. Also, Wifi password was very difficult to obtain. Again usually included in a welcome pack or folder.
