Mirador del Mar Villas

Villas are in very good location as all services are close by, but still enough far from any traffic/noises (car is nearly mandatory). The view to the sea is absolutely a big plus (great sunset). Villas are clean and having nearly all you need

The previous owner (Antonio) had villas with heated pool, but the current owner is only having villa 1 and 2, and those are not having heated pools, which is a slight minus. We have stayed in villas 1 and 2 (and in villa 4, when Antonio owned the place) and villa 1 is not that good condition as villa 2 (e.g. second floor master bathroom was leaking water to the kitchen). Anyhow, the location is nice and villas having good potential. Hoping to see some facelifting in villas 1 and 2, getting small things fixed and hoping also to see heated pool in some day.

Everything was perfect. Villa was beautiful. Great location. Spotless. Pool and bbq facilities were excellent. Would 100% stay here again.

If i was to be really picky. Fresh sheets and toilet roll should be provided. We washed towels in machine and rotated them. But this was not a problem overall

Staff so unprofessional. Lack of pool cleaning, was told bed sheets changed twice weekly. Did not happen. Way overpriced for what you get, there is far better villas in PR. would not recommend.
