The lady at the front desk was very very nasty!

I am surprised this property scored so high on Expedia. The first room they tried to give us had a broken bathroom door which did not function so they gave us a different room which had a leaking toilet with water all over the bathroom floor, the third room was okay but still very dirty. The walls are a mess and the floors were sticky. The area wasn't as good as I had hoped either. There were people hanging out on the street corner all night and others just hanging around the property that I don't think we're guests. The breakfast that was included was very minimal and limited in choices.

This hotel is unclean and understaffed. My room on the 3rd floor smelled of intense mildew. They could not offer me a new room because they did not have housekeeping available, so no rooms had been cleaned for who knows how long. Breakfast was no frills but sufficient. I would not stay here again, and would gladly pay a higher price for a clean, staffed hotel.

Short uber ride away from the stadium!

This hotel is unclean and understaffed. After talking to the front desk, I learned most rooms are long-term stays. They wouldn't give anyone rooms on the first 2 (of 3) floors because they were too unclean, citing smoke damage among other things. My room on the 3rd floor smelled of intense mildew. The property needs a lot of maintenance. Smells funky Very dirty carpets Walls are dirty , leak stains even in reception area No towels in the room Staff is very kind however I do not recommend

We reserved two nights at Sleep Inn (Saturday and Sunday) We slept there Saturday night, the room was okay but the hallways leading to our room were filthy. Sunday night we got back around midnight and were heading to bed when we saw multiple cockroaches crawling on the ceiling and wall behind the headboard. We left and went to another hotel, when we told the front desk, they told us to call back at 9am to talk to a manager for a refund for the second night. I called at 9:45 am and was told there was nothing they could do because we checked out after 11 am. They did not seem to care about the roaches or dirty rooms whatsoever. We will never be back and we strongly recommend not staying at this hotel!!

Very nice staff, clean place.

Everything was terrible. They didn’t even let me check in and I had to get another hotel. I’m tryng to reach Expedia to see if I can get my money back. The staff was terrible. He guy literally kicked me out from the hotel because I get late to the check in. I reserved for 2 night and I get there late for the first night and he say I had to leave knowing that I had 2 night contract. Then after I had to pay to the next hotel, one of the supervisors from the hotel called me very sorry for what that guy did to us and asking me to come back to the hotel but it was too late. I have already paid for the next hotel. I need my money back because of what happened. I also pay the insurance for those 2 nights. Thank you very much. My phone number is 2019686003
