Sleep Inn Airport - Billy Graham Parkway

Their service sucks I reserved a room and when I called to let them know that I’ll be there at 10pm for my shuttle to pickup the guy said they have stopped the shuttle service and hung up. I immediately canceled the booking. Still they had charged me for my room which I never stayed also they had mentioned that they do shuttle service from the airport. When I tried calling to inquire about the payment the guy was like oh and went silent was not replying to me I had to hang up and call back but they had blocked my number or something. This is so frustrating. Terrible customer service.

Room ok except sticky carpet. Big issue was drug dealers across hall and next door and hanging around entrance. Not a safe environment.

Nice staff old room

Whole place smelled like smoke, even in a non smoking room. The property looked like it hasn’t been properly kept up with(cracked paint, stains on carpet, etc).

This place needs to be shut down and I need a refund I couldn’t even stay there it was nasty unsafe and unsanitary

Dirty shower with multiple hairs in it, floors and toilet were visibly dirty. I wondered if the room was even cleaned. I booked online and they didn’t have the room I booked available when i showed up so i was stuck with a different configuration. Overall ratty spot.

Settled on this place in a pinch with a cancelled flight at CLT. I didn’t expect much but figured it wouldn’t be terrible based on other Sleep Inns that I’ve stayed at before. There was functional hot water in the sink but somehow not in the shower. There were strange brown liquid spots on various surfaces that were easily wiped up (by me, not the housekeeping staff… yikes). There was also a single wasp’s nest on the window valance (thankfully no wasp to be found). Property generally felt safe, so that’s a plus. Didn’t really try the breakfast since they were out of coffee cups and that’s mainly what I wanted. Maybe you’ll have better luck than I did. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Very disappointing experience, including dirty linens and the roach in the corner of the room.

Bed sheets was dirty

I would not recommend staying at this hotel because of false advertising. It says that there is a free airport shuttle, which there is not. When I asked the hotel if they would reimburse the taxi fee, they said no. The front desk told me that the shuttle had been out of commission for over a month before arriving and for at least another two months. You can get a nicer hotel than this one when you include the price of the taxi (and other hotels have airport shuttles). The pool is also closed, and has been for a while, even if listed on the site as well. If you have a car, maybe the false advertising won't bother you too much. The hotel itself is very dirty. The walls are stained (room and halls), the ceiling had holes in it and large pieces peeling off of it, the carpets were stained all over the place (room and halls), and there were cockroaches. Luckily, the bedding and towels seemed clean. I took pictures of all of these things, but cannot post them here. I will for sure stay at another hotel next time I visit Charlotte.
