The room was dirty and the walls beside bed had spit running down, the commode had poop on it. Will not recommend to anyone or stay here again

So when we got there, everything was fine. There was no problems. All the transactions went through and stuff but when we got to the room, the room looked nothing like the pictures. It was a non-smoking room and it smelled like smoke. Also, the AC wasn’t working the walls were dirty. The mattresses were too. It was a I went in and step back out moment I asked for a refund and I’m still waiting on it.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. I would stay again. The location is convenient for getting to the airport. I loved that they had airport shuttles……………………… I recommend…………………………………………………………………..

Paint peeling from the ceiling. The TV is dusty and doesn’t work. The refrigerator doesn’t work. Unsatisfactory in my book.

I was given a horribly dirty room at 1:30 AM after my flights were cancelled due to a winter storm and the airline gave me a voucher for a night stay in Charlotte. The room had grease all over the walls, light switches, etc. I went to the front desk to complain, and the 2nd room I was given (at 2:00 AM) was clean, but the toilet paper holder was broken off the wall, the shower leaked, and there was no shampoo. The morning desk clerk offered to give me some compensation, but as I was running out the door to catch a ride back to the airport, she said they would call/text me. I have yet to hear from them. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was extremely run down, the room was in shambles. The smell of Marijuana was unbearable and the breakfast was simply embarrassing.

Bedding is all stained curtains are falling down rugs are dirty and bathroom fan sounds like a car exhaust it’s extremely loud. Bathroom pocket door doesn’t close. Pictures on the wall are broken.

They claim 100% smoke free, and no one would smoke because they will be charged $50 cleaning fee, but the hallway and room both wreaked of smoke. When I went to front desk, the gentleman said he will go see the room. It’s 1:48, I cannot sleep because of the smell. Other issues The hardware in the room, like the light switches are all broken in the bathroom. The bathroom fan sounds like it’s beyond broken. Fridge was cold, the TV worked.

Check in is quick and easy. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Sabrina that works the front desk in the morning is always helpful and sweet if you ever have any issues. This is the best hotel in the area to stay at as far as the price, quality and location.
