Sleep Inn Airport - Billy Graham Parkway

Great stay. Ms. Sabrina and her staff were a big help with everything from the moment I walked into the lobby, and did their job very well. This is one of my favorite hotels in charlotte, I stay here every time I come to Charlotte and I would recommend it to anyone staying at least one overnight.

I wouldn’t suggest this motel to anyone it was very smelly and have homeless people in there look like drug users as well. Didn’t feel comfortable so I got dressed for a concert and come back and check out mind you I was three hours away from home got on the rode at 12 am because I wasn’t feeling the vibe. And not to mention the pillows cases looked dirty and I wasn’t laying my head on them pillows. Guys standing outside as we walking up i would never stay there I don’t care what the occasion is

The woman working the desk was very rude and unwelcoming. This would have been my 2nd hotel stay in 2 days after dealing with snow delays, but I chose not to stay here because of this rude woman. She was the same rude person I spoke to on the phone to schedule a pick up to the hotel who was annoyed at having to field a question or 2 I asked. When I finally arrived over an hour later, not by the Sleep Inn shuttle that did not come in an hour of waiting but by an adjacent hotel that I looked up and asked the driver if I could hitch a ride (I tipped him $10 for the courtesy), this same woman (it was easy to recognize her voice and demeanor) was again very rude. I was not rude at all. There was no cursing or raising of my voice in any way. I simply asked if I could check in early. It was about 1:30. She, not kindly, but dismissively said that check in was not until 3pm. Well, I've checked in early at hotels before with no problem, so I asked "Do you not have early check-in?" which is when I was 100% certain this was the same rude woman that I spoke (kindly) to on the phone. She had, in dismissing me at the counter with my attempt to check in, gone right back to her phone, but still not said anything to the person on the phone (probably a personal call since she is so annoyed with customers interfering) but she points to her phone and scalds me that "Can't I see that she is helping someone on the phone? That she told me check-in was at 3 o'clock and if I want to check-in early that it would be an extra $50. I barked back after being completely kind at every rudeness she had thrown my way. I said, "You were rude to me on the phone and you're being very rude and dismissive to me now. I told her I walked out and told her I was not returning. Don't stay here!

The nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The place smelled like old smoke and illegal substances. There are unknown smears on the linens and carpets. We actually chose to sleep on top of the blankets sitting up on the bed. Needs demolishing.

Being a diamond member at he Choice Hotel chain, I am extremely impressed with Sabrina at this location. Being extremely knowledgeable and professional, her customer service is exceptional. She always goes the extra distance for customer satisfaction

Flight was delayed until next day, so airline gave us a voucher for this place. Walk into "lobby" and inundated with marijuana smell. There was a small dirty couch with a person clearly high on something sitting there. A customer, also high, was at the counter counting out change for his room fare. We immediately left and walked across the street to the Embassy Suites. Heard from flow passengers next day about how horrible the actual stay was.

American Airlines put us up in this place and I would not let an animal stay in there . The place stunk off drugs and cigarettes, bed sheets were filthy and walls smeared in dirt and floors were disgusting and finally left the hotel by midnight with the fear it was infested with bed bugs

Walked outside grounds of hotel trash everywhere. Not so friendly staff breakfast was not very appealing
