Facilities were great and top notch.

I think the breakfast could have been better. There was a lot of fluff on the breakfast buffet. But overall, it was good.

Lovely, comfortable hotel. The staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant is great. Location is ideal for business travel.

The bath plug in the bath does not seal and there is no welcome book when you enter the room. It was confusing to dial reception and room service.

"Great place and much cheaper than the one over the road"

My flight was cancelled so I needed to stay an extra night in Blantyre. This was a very good choice - big clean rooms, great staff and everything you need on site. Breakfast was good.
