The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. The inside of the hotel was clean.

they did have quite a few rats outside. the pool itself had green algae in it. the bathroom ceiling leaked.

I thought the location was perfect! The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was friendly.

Our bathroom smelled really bad in the hotel room; it has a gassy sewer smell. Only 1 elevator worked and it was always backed up leading to 10 -15 minute wait times.

Staff helpfully stored our suitcase for a while. Breakfast was fairly good - most of the usual staples.

One of two lifts (elevators) was broken which meant quite long delays, especially in the morning. Several ice machines were not working - it took a while to track down a working one.

"DOABLE BUT WAY UNDER EXPECTATION AND VALUE."

LOCATION, STAFF

TOILET HAD A HUGE CHUCK OUT OF IT, THE CARPET LOOKED LIKE IT HAD GUM ON IT AND IT LOOKED DIRTY, OUTSIDE THE SHOWER EDGE LOOKED DIRTY, THE CHAIR IN THE ROOM WAS MISSING HALF THE UPHOLSTERY-ACTUALLY LOOKED LIKE IF WAS THROWN AWAY FROM SOMEONE HOME WITH A FREE SIGN ON IT IN THE DRIVEWAY AND THEY DECIDED TO TAKE IT AND PLACE IT IN THE ROOM WE HAD. HORRIBLE..
